A charming and historic Hill Station in Swat Valley is Malam Jabba known to be the home of only Ski Resort in Pakistan.
The Beautiful Malam Jabba is a Hill Station in Swat Valley, in the Mountains of Hindu Kush, almost 315 KM from Islamabad and the nearest airport is Saidu Sharif Airport, about 51 KM away. A Scenic and beautiful road leads to this area.
This place is also famous for two Buddhist Stupas and six Monasteries scattered through the whole route. Presence of these testaments on this high place indicate that the area is tenanted for over 2000 years.
There are two treks for tourists near Malam Jabba Resort. The first leads through the Ghorband Valley and Shangla Top and starts about 18 km from the resort. The other track leads through the Sabonev Valley and is about 17 km from the resort.
The Malam Jabba Ski Resort, possessed by the Samsons Group of Companies, has a ski gradient of about 800 m with the peak point of the slope 2804 m (9200 ft) above sea level. Malam Jabba Ski Resort was potential due to the joint efforts of the Pakistan government and its Austrian equivalent. The resort was furnished with contemporary services including roller/ice-skating rinks, chair lifts, skiing platforms, telephones and snow clearing tools.

The scenery is unbelievable with gelid mountains, cavernous valleys, and woodlands as far as the optical perceivers can visualize.
Roller-skating, a Helipad and interior game facilities, restaurants with international cookery, and luxury motel make for a flawless fun filled winter break in one of the most remarkable skiing recourses in the world. An enchanting pine forest, as well as charming peach and apple orchards are there, which give a beauty and cold to eyes and soul.
