What You Need?
- 1tsp sunflower oil
- 1 calorie fry light spray.
Potatoes per 100g = 77 calories.
Cut potatoes into Chip Shapes.
Boil them for 10 minutes.
Drain or pat dry.
Either add 1 calorie an oil spray and put it in oven or add 1tsp Sun Flower oil and put it in frying pan and fry lightly until cooked.
Add any desired seasoning.
